Does it work in airplane mode?

Yes. Movement photos and spoken guidance are bundled in the app. Once access is established, your included routines work offline. Opening the app offline for the first time offers one complimentary flight. Purchases, restoring access and refreshing store prices need an internet connection.

Can I do the routines in my seat?

Yes. Seated movement is at the heart of InFlight, including shoulders, ankles and calves. Standing is always your choice. Stand only when permitted, follow crew instructions and keep aisles clear.
