About this notice
InFlight is a guided movement app for iPhone and iPad with an optional Apple Watch companion. This notice covers the app and this website.
What stays on your device
InFlight saves flight plans, unfinished guidance, preferences and session history on your device. Session history can include a record identifier, session type, timestamp, completed movement count, recorded guidance time, whether a session ended early and an optional flight identifier. A flight identifier is not the route itself. No InFlight account is required.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud history sync, your session history is stored in your private CloudKit database under your Apple Account. Sync is bound to the account linked when you enabled it; changing accounts pauses transfers. Turning sync off does not by itself remove previously synced records. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policy and terms.
Apple Watch
A paired Apple Watch receives the current flight and filtered movement sequence through WatchConnectivity. The Watch stores unfinished guidance and completed sessions while offline and transfers completed sessions to your iPhone. Confirmed deletion on iPhone sends a new data generation to the Watch; an offline Watch clears old data when it receives that update.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments. InFlight uses RevenueCat for purchase reporting and subscription analytics, using an anonymous app user identifier and purchase history. Flight plans, movement preferences and session history are not sent to RevenueCat. InFlight and RevenueCat do not receive your payment card details. Permissions and tracking
The app includes no advertising or cross-app tracking. It does not use your location, contacts, microphone, HealthKit or sensor-based exercise measurement. Notification permission is used for the reminders you choose.
Your controls
You can export local app data through Settings. Exports contain personal history and route details, so share them only with your intended recipient. Deleting history and flight plans removes current local records and queues known synced records for deletion. Cloud deletion retries when the linked Apple Account and network are available. A minimal record identifier tombstone is retained to keep stale devices from restoring a deleted session. Preferences remain unless you change them or remove the app. Device backups and previously shared exports are outside the in-app deletion process.
This website and support
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or website forms. Fonts and images are served from this website. If you email support, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are processed to answer your request. Avoid including payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Cloudflare privacy policy.
