Using InFlight
InFlight offers guided seated and standing movement for Apple devices. This website describes the app and provides support information; it does not run workouts or sell subscriptions. The app is currently preparing for its public App Store release.
Move within your comfort
InFlight provides general movement guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Choose movements and a range of motion that are comfortable for you. Stop if uncomfortable. Stand only when permitted, follow crew instructions and keep aisles clear. You choose whether to sit or stand; the app does not detect flight conditions, seat-belt signs or crew directions.
Free and paid access
Quick seated and Quiet Legs are free. Complete coaching unlocks the full routine library and flight features. Weekly, monthly and annual access are subscriptions; permanent access is a one-time purchase. US pricing is shown on the website. The App Store purchase screen confirms the current price, billing period and offer eligibility before you buy. Seven-day trials are offered to eligible weekly and monthly subscribers only; annual and permanent access have no trial.
Apple payments and subscription management
Purchases are handled by Apple and use your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the conditions shown by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting InFlight does not cancel a subscription, and buying permanent access does not automatically cancel a subscription you already have. Refund requests are handled through Apple. Manage a subscription or request help with an Apple purchase.
Offline access and availability
Photos and spoken guidance are bundled in the app. Included routines work offline once access is established; the first offline launch offers one complimentary flight. Purchases, restoring access and refreshing store prices require a connection. Notification delivery, iCloud sync and Watch transfers depend on device settings, network availability and Apple’s operating systems.
App license and content
Your App Store download is subject to the license presented by Apple for the app. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies when no custom agreement is provided. InFlight photography and guidance are position references and instructional content, not a medical endorsement or a testimonial.
